Symptom narrative

Client complained of developing hives several days after received the influenza vaccination. Hives come and go on different areas of her body. They began sometime around 10/24 and she was still having them when she reported situation to the Health Department on 11/21/2025. Client stated they are itchy and warm to the touch and has found them on her right ankle, back of right knee, neck and chest but not all at once and they have never completely gone away. She denied having any new medications, soaps, or foods. She denied having followed up with any medical provider at the time she reported her condition. Client was encouraged to follow up with a medical provider.
