patient was vaccinated with Bexsero but was supposed to have been vaccinated with Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 15-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number CD44A, expiry date 31-MAR-2028) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Influenza vaccine inact split 3v (Fluarix). On 06-NOV-2025, the patient received Bexsero (intramuscular) .5 ml. The patient did not receive Menveo. On 06-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: patient was vaccinated with Bexsero but was supposed to have been vaccinated with Menveo).
