a patient was administered a dose of Arexvy that had expired the day before; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 9SB34, expiry date 18-NOV-2025) and (expiry date 25-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 19-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 19-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: a patient was administered a dose of Arexvy that had expired the day before). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date :20-NOV-2025 No further details were provided. The reporter did not consent to follow-up.
