did not come for the Second dose at the appropriate time; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received first dose on 29-MAY-2025 having batch number M4B34 and expiry date as 28-SEP-2026). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: did not come for the Second dose at the appropriate time). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 20-NOV-2025 Pharmacist reported about a patient who received the first dose of Twinrix in May of this year, and he was traveling next month but he did not come for the Second dose at the appropriate time, he he was thinking it was the last dose understanding that is a 3-dose series. So, they wanted to know if they should give him a Second dose, and how long should there be between dose 2 and dose 3 for patient to be fully covered.
