Symptom narrative

patient received 1st dose of Shingrix 2 years ago in 2023 and never got the 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose 2 years ago in 2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: patient received 1st dose of Shingrix 2 years ago in 2023 and never got the 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 20-NOV-2025 The pharmacist wanted to know whether to restart the series or give the second dose. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.
