It has a white huge to it with some floaty floaters in it; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from product quality group. A patient (age and gender not provided) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: MA2505, Expiration Date: 30Sep2026) for immunisation, Device Lot Number: MA2505, Device Expiration Date: 30Sep2026. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: LIQUID PRODUCT PHYSICAL ISSUE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "It has a white huge to it with some floaty floaters in it". Additional information: They have a Prevnar 20 box, vaccines in it, some of them have like a white huge into them and one of them has like these floaties in it. It has a white huge to it with some floaty floaters in it. They are going to send it back, so they send it back to their distributor. It was not given to the patient. They were going to return it to the agency, so they can get a credit. They want to get their money back so they were going to go through agency. Reporter was informed not to discard the product as the report will be forwarded for review by Quality department. Sample Availability Unknown. The reporter considered "it has a white huge to it with some floaty floaters in it" not related to pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein).
