Symptom narrative

11/20/25: Acute parotitis. Swelling in the right cheek started in the morning. He woke up with pain in the right cheek at 1 am.

Current illness

11/12/25: was seen for sore throat and a raspy voice for 3 days, with a croupy cough. Mild and low grade fever to 100.1 F which was noted 2 nights before and had resolved.
