Symptom narrative

the site of injection was red; the site of injection was inflamed; She also felt nauseated; had blood in her urine; feces color gray; her skin felt like it was on fire; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site erythema in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 12-NOV-2025, the patient received Shingrix. In NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced injection site erythema (Verbatim: the site of injection was red), injection site inflammation (Verbatim: the site of injection was inflamed), nausea (Verbatim: She also felt nauseated), hematuria (Verbatim: had blood in her urine), stool discolored (Verbatim: feces color gray) and burning skin (Verbatim: her skin felt like it was on fire). The outcome of the injection site erythema, injection site inflammation, nausea, hematuria, stool discolored and burning skin were unknown. She stated that within three days, the injection site had become red and inflamed. She also reported that she had felt nauseated, had blood in her urine, the color of her feces had turned gray, and her skin had felt like it was on fire.
