Symptom narrative

Patient states feeling tired and feeling tingling sensation up and down arm that vaccine was given. this was reported 1-2 days after receiving vaccine. Upon visual examination, noted small penny-sized red bump where vaccine was given - unable to decipher if normal symptoms or not due to date that report was given by patient. Patient also states that feeling symptoms due to knowing vaccine was given subQ rather than IM.
