patient received Arexvy shot and the bottle was expired by a few days; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (batch number 52R7B, expiry date 15-OCT-2025) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Arexvy. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: patient received Arexvy shot and the bottle was expired by a few days). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 21-NOV-2025 A patient had received an Arexvy shot, and the bottle had been expired by a few days. The question was whether the patient needed to be revaccinated.
