No additional AEs were reported; patient received improperly stored vaccine; This spontaneous report was received from a healthcare worker and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 15-May-2025, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), Oral solution (lot #Y009341, expiration date: 24-Nov-2025) administered by Oral route as prophylaxis (exact dose was not reported) (Incorrect product storage).
