Symptom narrative

She had subjected fever, coughing, and back pain. Patient was seen at 11/17/25 at ER for back pain and prescribed albuterol inhaler, motrin, tylenol and decadron. Mom says she was told that patient developed swelling on lower back secondary to coughing. Tested positive for Influenza A.

exercise induce asthma

"wheezing" with exercise

Lab data

Patient had a large work-up of the lower back pain with normal u/a, cbc, cmp, spine xrays, retroperitoneal u/s and u/s soft tissue of abd...all were negative. Tested positive for Influenza A only.
