had received 3 doses of GARDASIL-9, on 3/5/2022, 5/19/2022, and 10/18/2025; No additional AE/No PQC reported.; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 42-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 05-Mar-2022, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9); on 19-May-2022, the patient received the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) and on 18-OCT-2025, the patient received the third dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9 (strength, dose, route, anatomical location, lot # and expiration date were not reported) (Inappropriate schedule of product administration) for prophylaxis. No adverse events reported.
