Symptom narrative

Started with coughing saturday evening about 2 or 3 am sunday patient was experiencing more sinus pressure and watery eyes. Patient also broke out in a rash on his stomach and chest sunday evening. Patient was seen by primary care the following monday and received steroid shot .
