Symptom narrative

received the flu vaccine and within 1 hour of receiving it I had developed left shoulder pain. I assumed it was a localized reaction from the vaccine. Several days later the shoulder pain was worsening. Three weeks later it is not improving. Affecting daily activities and quality of life due to the ongoing pain and limited mobility of the left arm.
