Symptom narrative

The patient did not experience any adverse events from the vaccination itself (to my knowledge). This is being reported because Tdap was administered to a 2 year old and Tdap is not approved for patients under the age of 7. The patient should have received the DTaP vaccine. The biggest risk would be that the patient did not receive the full strength dose which may lead to not proper prevention.
