Symptom narrative

- Initial slight bleeding from injection site - Large bruise (~3-4 inches, lasted > 1 week) - Swelling across upper arm - Urticaria/Hive - raised, itchy, red welt surrounding the bruise (lasted 5 days) Could not get an appointment to be seen at my local doctors office for a visit or a remote appointment, so provided the office with photos that they uploaded into EMR. Have annual appointment with PCP in Dec and will discuss then.
