Symptom narrative

High fever, chills, sweating, neck pain, dry mouth, serious fatigue, right abdominal pains, general weakness of the body, pain in bones and muscles and feeling faint. On 21NOV2025 at approximately 0905, I was admitted to the Emergency room at [withheld] Hospital for treatment and discharged same day with 48hours quarters.
