Led to seizures and put on epilepsy medication which has led to cerebral ataxia

Medical history

After covid vaccine 04/10/21 I had my first epileptic seizure a week later and was rushed to hospital as my husband did not know what was happening and had another seizure same day as Covid booster on 11/21/2021. Was put on seizure medication which has now led to cerebral ataxia

Other medications

Hydrochlorizide 12.5 mg, Amlodipine 5g and Unithroid 50mcg

None
