Symptom narrative

I arrived at dr office for a doctor?s visit and vaccination, but we were seen by a technician instead. I informed her that patient had recently been sick with asthma, and I was worried about him receiving vaccines that day, since kids often feel unwell afterward. I asked whether he might have any side effects, and she told me he probably would not because she had never seen it in other kids. She also told me he was getting a "three-in-one" called Vaxelis. She injected he vaccine in his tight, and we went home. However, I later researched and it seems that the Vaxelis is not a three-in-one, its a four-in-one. That evening, he had no interest in dinner, which was very unusual for him because he typically loves to eat. The next morning, shortly after finishing his bottle, he began vomiting. He has vomited after every solid meal, snack, or liquid since then. To this day, he is still throwing up after every feeding; the food comes back up completely. I returned to the clinic yesterday and asked them to postpone his next vaccine appointment and to provide an extension of his vaccination certification for daycare, so he could return. The front desk told me they could not do that and that patient would need to see the doctor first. Patient was not accepted at daycare today because he did not have the vaccination certification updated. We were given a doctor appointment for today. I am very surprised the pediatric office did not make an exception for patient, especially knowing he is a premature baby with asthma. They should have waited until he was a little healthier and stronger before proceeding with a full vaccination schedule. Not every child can handle all vaccines at the same time, and this just might be his case. After the vaccine, the daycare has called us several times to go pick him up because he doesn't stop throwing up, we explained he had vaccines and they allowed him to stay. They have to change his clothes too every time he vomits. He was at the mall playing with other kids and threw up there as well, the other kids get very uncomfortable and this is very embarrassing for patient. I am very concerned that he will have further side effects from the other vaccines that are on his vaccination schedule.
