Symptom narrative

I noticed patient's injection site was broken out the evening following his shots when I helped him get in the bath. His thigh was covered in raised red bumps, live hives.

No illnesses.

Kids multi-vitamin. Vitamin C. Elderberry. Occasional miralax, magnesium citrate, ex-lax for constipation.

Allergies

Cefidinir. Amoxicillin.
