Symptom narrative

A golf-ball-sized swelling at the site of injection, very firm and hard to the touch. A lot of pain in the arm, neck and shoulder. Redness/rash at the swelling at the site of injection. Locking of jaw joint on the same side as the injection. After three days, pain subsided and itching at the injection site started.

Medical history

Endometriosis, adenomyosis, chronic uveitis and glaucoma

Other medications

Vitamin E, Prenatal Vitamins, Co-Q10, Methylfolate, Quercetin, NAC

Allergies

Medications: Meloxicam, Gadobutrol, Rhopressa, Timolol (Cosopt) eye drop
