Symptom narrative

When patient went to lie down in bed for bedtime she complained of unable to move her body from head to toes from when she laid down until the next morning. She also complained of pressure and pain in her chest. Symptoms resolved the next morning but she still had difficulty moving when resolved over time until 11/25/2025.
