Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Inappropriate schedule of vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 55-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 12-MAR-2025, 0.5 mL intramuscularly in the left arm). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Inappropriate schedule of vaccine). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 20-NOV-2025 The reporter was patient itself. The reporter mentioned that the patient was waiting for an assistance program approval to obtain Shingrix and mentioned that the patient had been a little more than 6 months since the first dose of Shingrix received. The patient was expecting the program approval to get the 2nd dose.
