Symptom narrative

He received the TDap vaccination 11/11/25 into his L shoulder. He feels like It got quite sore afterward which seemed normal, but then the soreness didn't go down. It became painful to move his L shoulder/arm at all. Limited with driving, brushing his teeth, washing his hands. He tried ibuprofen 200mg which didn't seem to help. Then last night took 600mg last night upon getting phone advice by Dr.. And it actually feels a little bit better today for the first time. But did not take any this morning since didn't want it to affect his evaluation today. The pain is located superolateral shoulder, points to lateral subacromial area. Some distal radiation of pain when tries to raise arm. Thinks there is a little swelling. No redness or bruising. No distal numbness, tingling, or weakness. Diagnosis: Shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) Advise: Advise to employ consistent anti-inflammatory measures
