Symptom narrative

Patient reported itching a couple days after vaccine that eventually got better but would be aggravated by cold or hot running water. We thought this might be eczema. After receiving second dose pts forearms started burning after vaccine and then went away after 30 mins. Itching has come and gone. Pts feels like muscles or sore and skin is chaffed on and off.
