Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Longer than recommended interval; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 73-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (Patient received first dose on unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Longer than recommended interval). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 18-NOV-2025 A pharmacist called in to request data about the administration of Shingrix after the maximum interval has taken place. The reporter mentioned that 4 patients but did not have the entire data. The reporter mentioned that the second patient was a female, age 73, not specifying month and date, without any data given for the patient aside from this and did not have any data regarding the vaccine. The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
