The HCP stated the patient did not experience any adverse issues or reactions from the administered vaccine; A HCP called to report a TE for VAXELIS that took place on 07/08/2025 as well as 08/20/2025 and was inadvertently administered on 08/22/2025.; This non-serious spontaneous safety report, with reference number 02864090 (interaction number: 02864056), was received by partner on 28-AUG-2025 and forwarded on 29-AUG-2025 from other health professional. Due to the nature of the event, the causality between the events and Vaxelis was not applicable. Further information is not expected.
