No additional AE; given a gluteal injection of GARDASIL 9, which is outside of the PI; This Spontaneous report was received from the Patient concerning himself, a Male patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant medications were not reported On 31-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) given as a gluteal injection (Product administered at incorrect site) (Lot Number, expiration date, dose and route of administration were not provided) as Prophylaxis.
