no symptomatic adverse events reported; the patient received the dose on 8-NOV-2025 and the CAPVAXIVE and expired on 1-OCT-2025; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 08-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with pneumococcal 21-valent conjugate vaccine (CAPVAXIVE) injection 0.5 ml, once (strength: 168 mcg/ml; lot #Y0118190 was invalid, expiration date was reported 01-Oct-2025; route was not reported) (Expired product administered). The reporter confirmed no symptomatic adverse events reported (No adverse event). The reporter stated that he was the one that administered the vaccine and had scanned the vaccine in his system after administering and did not realize it was expired and said he confirmed there was no cloudiness or particulates in the dose and that was why he assumed the vaccine was fine and not expired.
