blood test showed low titers; This spontaneous report was referring to a 65-year-old female patient. The patient's concomitant drugs included losartan for high blood pressure. The patient was a breast cancer survivor of triple negative breast cancer. The patient's concurrent conditions also included overweight. The patient had unspecified drug allergies in general and sinus. On an unknown date in December 2024, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21v conj vaccine (CRM197) (CAPVAXIVE) (formulation, dose, strength, route of administration, lot#, and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date in 2024 (reported as "6 to 8 months ago"), the patient's blood test showed low titers (antibody test abnormal). The patient's physician recommended another vaccination with Pneumococcal 21v conj vaccine (CRM197) (CAPVAXIVE). No additional adverse event was reported. At the time of reporting, the outcome of antibody test abnormal was unknown. The causal relationship between the antibody test abnormal and Pneumococcal 21v conj vaccine (CRM197) (CAPVAXIVE) was not provided. Lot# is being requested and will be submitted if received.
