Symptom narrative

Patient was extremely nervous pre-injection. He stood up after the injections and stumbled into the door that was right next to him. He did not lose consciousness. He appeared a bit light-headed but was claiming fervently to be fine while lightly holding onto his head. Mom insisted that he take a seat (rather than lay down). He rested on a chair while mom sat nearby just in case for 15 minutes. He exhibited no further issues and felt comfortable leaving after observation period.
