Symptom narrative

The patient came by to report that her arm was still sore after receiving two injections in the left arm. The area near her shoulder joint was still red and swollen after 3 days . The injection site appeared to be slightly high on her arm. I suggested she apply ice and take a pain reliever such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help with the pain .
