Symptom narrative

Baby was discharged from Hospital Pediatric department, brought in for a follow up visit, DX as kawasaki's disease after 5 days of fever, elevated CRP, ERS, low Hgb and low albumin, then cracked lips, conjunctivitis and rash, but her Echocardiogram was normal, only possible PFO/ASD. She had IVIG and Aspirin in hospital and now continue on Aspirin 56.7mg (3.5ml of 81mg/5ml). She has appointments w Echocardiogram, Cardiology and infectious disease departments in 2 weeks and 6 weeks. Now she no fever, no other symptoms, PO better. ROS: no fever, no SOB, no vomiting, no diarrhea, no behavioral change, PO better. The baby was brought in the clinic for 12m PE and had 4 vaccines on 11/14/25 AM and came again on 11/17 from discharge ER: She had Tmax 39.5-40C for 3-4 days without cough and nasal congestion. Fever started the middle night at 37.7C, the 38.5C to 40C on day 3, she was brought to ER, Had nasal respiratory "germ" tests -Covid19, Flu A, B and RSV and a bag urine test: all were negative. The fever was persisted to 11/16, dad brought her to ER

Allergic to Cashew, which caused her had rash, no trouble breath at 6 month of age, rash ent away soon.
