no adverse event; Pharmacist calling to report that his pharmacy administered a CAPVAXIVE via subcutaneously instead of intramuscularly. No side effects reported. No other AE/No PQC.; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 64-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 24-OCT-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine Solution for injection (CAPVAXIVE) (lot #Z010457 was valid, expiration date: 26-NOV-2026, 0.5 mL once, administered by Subcutaneous route) for prophylaxis (Intramuscular formulation administered by other route). No side effects reported (No adverse event). No product quality complaint (PQC).
