Symptom narrative

No additional AEs were reported; a patient received improperly stored vaccine; This spontaneous report was received from a healthcare professional and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 30-May-2025, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) Suspension for injection (lot #Y012227, expiration date: 12-Nov-2025) (1 dose). The vaccine underwent a temperature excursion of 31.3 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. There was no previous temperature excursion. No additional adverse events were reported.
