Products have no previous excursion.; This Spontaneous report was received from a Nurse, referring to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 21-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live lyophilisate and solvent (PROQUAD) injection (Batch/Lot Number: Y004547) (Expiration date: 19-Aug-2025) after the expiration date as prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with merck sterile diluent Unknown Batch/Lot Number (Dose Text: unknown) (Expired product administered). No additional AE (No adverse event).
