Patient states that he started experiencing redness, warmth and pain in his Lf arm on Saturday, November 22, 2025 around noon time. Patient received vaccinations on Friday November 21, 2025 in the clinic. Patient waited in office required timeframe, and left with no adverse effects or complaints. Patient stated that when he started experiencing what he felt was from the vaccinations, he applied an ice pack to the area, 4-5 times a day and took Acetaminophen. Unable to give exact strength of medication but states he took it every 6hrs up until Tuesday, 11/25/2025 around 0800am. Patient c/o Lf arm being heavy and he has been unable to do much with his arm. Patient denies any problems with moving fingers but does state painful when he lifts his arm up. Patient came into the office today, November 26, 2025 around 1400 to have evaluated by a provider.
