Symptom narrative

Shortly after receiving the vaccination a bout of lightheadedness came over me. It was fairly short lived. Days after, a longer persistent bout of lightheadedness and brain fog came over me, and after the worst of it, feelings lingered. There was intense feelings on faintness, and delayed thinking, with a lack of focus. It happened a second time that day so I reached out to a teledoc session at 7:30PM on 11/24. It was recommended to see urgent care, then urgent care recommended the ER for further testing. I was discharged at 12:15am after no major findings and all blood tests, urine, etc. were normal. My primary care was informed. The following day, another couple of throws of symptoms impacted me to the point where I remained in bed for 5 hrs after attempting to have a normal day. This led to today where around 10:30am, another round of lightheadedness, lack of focus, delayed thinking and weariness (needing to sit down) came over me and has lingered since. This is now 5 days since the vaccine.
