Injection site bruising

Symptom narrative

At the time of the event, verified DOB and confirmed vaccines being given to patient. Shots were administered to patient , both on Left Deltoid. Patient was fine after the vaccines. Time: 01:13 pm. Pt came back 11/26/2025 at 10:30 am, stating he has trouble lifting his left arm thoroughly. There was a small bruise near the shoulder area approximately 1-1.5 inches away from the injection site. Band-aid was spotted on back shoulder where patient stated that was where the steroid shot was injected. It was undetermined and unlikely that the vaccine caused the bruise.
