Symptom narrative

Patient reported her arm is swollen. Was aware that it is a potential side effect and pre-counseled regarding the manufacturer listing it as a possibility. Recommended consulting her doctor but patient said she just wanted to know if it was the shingrix or prevnar (Patient had Shingrix in the other arm). Did not plan to see a doctor.
