Patient was scheduled to receive the Prevnar 20 vaccine with the Abrysvo. Patient was inadvertently given Gardasil 9 instead of the Prevnar 20 vaccine. At the 15 minute mark after vaccination, patient was feeling frustrated but no other symptoms. Clinic Supervisor phoned patient at 1308. At the time of that phone call patient reported feeling "a little jittery but said they thought it was from feeling overwhelmed." Supervisor advised patient to go to ER if there are any adverse reactions. Both Coordinator and Supervisor had instructed patient to call if something was needed over the weekend. SN also instructed Patient to have Cardiology Provider to call if there were any questions. Understanding was verablized.
Patient reports recently having a quadruple bypass surgery.
