patient started to develop a rash that evening and each day it continued to spread and get bigger up to 4 inches. it became red and hot to touch, with pain at times. by monday it started going away, by wednesday it was completely gone. she did not seek medical attention or do anything to treat it. i counseled her on what to do next time if she gets a reaction after a vaccine immediately
