Symptom narrative

Patient complaining of painful 4 inch red circle at injection site, headache, aches all over. Takes Tylenol and headache resolves. Denies SOB, difficulty breathing or swallowing. Advised to continue taking Tylenol PRN, drink plenty of fluids, use ice pack on injection site and rest.
