Symptom narrative

Patient reported swelling of the whole arm and redness on the whole arm. Patient was in pain and went to the ER 3 days after the vaccine administration and was diagnosed with cellulitis. Was given IV antibiotics and given a prescription for oral antibiotics. Patient reported to the pharmacy on 11/22/25.
