Symptoms include rash, itching (skin) and generalized edema, while symptoms do not include facial edema, itchy throat, runny nose or itchy nose. The rash is located on the arm(s) (left arm). The rash is described as red and warm. Onset was 2 day(s) ago. Onset followed a vaccination. The symptoms are constant. Symptoms are described as severe and worsening. Associated symptoms include diarrhea, while associated symptoms do not include nausea or vomiting. The patient is not currently being treated for this problem. Pt received a TDap on 11/24/25 at Urgent Care, hard knot developed Monday evening and has worsened since.
