Symptom narrative

Stroke symptoms, numbing in right side of face and right arm. Spread to entire right side of body. Hospitalized for three days, and received both CT and MRI scans. No evidence of stroke were determined. Neurologist concluded Cervical Spondylosis. I was then admitted into a rehab facility where I spent 10 days in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Now, I am walking well and functioning I am guessing at 70%. Part of my right side has rebounded but I am still numb in my right arm and hand, and have limited amount of sensitivity to heat, and some very tight spots in my shoulder blade and right side of my body.
