several vaccines were administered during the last 3 weeks /Inadvertent Administration After Temp Excursio; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (FluLaval 2025-2026 season) for prophylaxis, HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis and HBV (Engerix B) for prophylaxis. On 29-OCT-2025, the patient received Shingrix, FluLaval 2025-2026 season, Twinrix and Engerix B. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, FluLaval 2025-2026 season, Twinrix and Engerix B, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: several vaccines were administered during the last 3 weeks /Inadvertent Administration After Temp Excursio). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 24-NOV-2025 On 24-NOV-2025, an office manager called to update a temperature excursion of vaccines that had involved Flulaval, Shingrix, Twinrix, and Engerix B. According to her, the vaccines had suffered the temperature excursion back on 29 October 2025. The first report had been done on 21-NOV-2025, and the new information had been downloaded from the data logger, which was why the staff had not realized they had experienced a negative temperature. She confirmed that several vaccines had been administered during the last 3 weeks. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
