Symptom narrative

She has contracted Covid; She has contracted Covid; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from medical information team. A 59-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), in Nov2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Sjogren's syndrome" (unspecified if ongoing); "chronic pain" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: take morphine; "nerve damage" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: permanent nerve damage, take Morphine; "neuropathy" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: through body; "osteoarthritis" (unspecified if ongoing); "pain" (unspecified if ongoing); "rapid heart beat" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: take medicine for rapid heart beat; "high blood pressure" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: high blood pressure medicine; "abscess on my left side" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: because of back. Concomitant medication(s) included: MORPHINE taken for pain (ongoing). The patient also took other concomitant therapy. Vaccination history included: Comirnaty 2024-2025 formula (DOSE 1, SINGLE), administration date: 2024, when the patient was 58 years old, for Covid-19 immunization. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset Nov2025, outcome "unknown" and all described as "She has contracted Covid". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: SARS-CoV-2 test: (Nov2025) Positive. Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19. Clinical course: The patient had covid for the first time and went to quarantine for 13 days. The patient had two doses of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, but she could not have the third one because of her heart medicine. Patient stated that she is in a nursing home and was verbally told that she was clear to go, but they didn't test her for covid like they did initially. Patient stated the facility provided that she may still have covid while being cleared to go. Patient stated that she feels fine, but she wants to make sure she doesn't have covid anymore. Patient stated that it doesn't make sense to her as to why the facility tested her to confirm her diagnosis of covid, but now they won't test her to show her that she doesn't have covid anymore.
