Symptom narrative

When I administered the hepatitis vaccine to the patient, I noticed that his eyes rolled upward and his skin became pale. I immediately laid him down on the ground, elevated his legs using a chair, and kept them raised. He did not regain consciousness right away. I checked his breathing, which was normal, and then checked his pulse, which was also normal. I prepared the EpiPen for administration, but at that moment he regained consciousness and started talking. He was sweating heavily. I kept him in the same position for several minutes and continued to monitor his pulse, which remained stable. He declined an ambulance. I asked him to remain in the pharmacy for 30 minutes, and we provided him with a drink. After about 30 minutes, he was able to walk out of the pharmacy on his own. A follow-up call was made later in the afternoon, and he reported that he was doing well
